Ctube Type EB rigid PVC conduit is designed for use in concrete encased installations. Type EB is used with 90°C wiring.

PVC material test: ASTM D1784-20, ASTM D635-18 ASTM D638-14. ASTM D256-10,ASTM E1252-98(2013).
In accordance with UL651 Standard.
PVC material which is corrosion resistant.
Impact resistant.
Self-extinguishing, fire resistant.
Smooth interior and outside.
Produced in standard 20′ Lengths or 10′ lengths with a belled end

Markings

Information to be marked on conduits,

a) The phrase “rigid PVC conduit,
b) The trade size of the conduit product,
c) The name or trademark of the manufacturer or any other distinctive marking by means of which the organization responsible for the product can be readily identified
d) The date or other dating period of manufacture not exceeding any three consecutive months.

For an elbow the date of manufacture is to be the date that:

1) The conduit is extruded when both extrusion and bending occur at the same location or

2) The elbow was formed, where the conduit is extruded at a different location.

f) All markings shall be repeated at uniform intervals and shall appear at least every 10 feet (3 m), but not less than once, on each straight length of the PVC conduit.

1.What is your MOQ?

Actually, It has always depend on your order quantity, different items have different minimum quantity . As for our conduits, it should be 3000 meters for big size ; and 5000 -10000 meters for small size. For junction box and other boxes ,the moq may be 5000 pcs and the fittings would be more than 10,000pcs

2.What is your delivery time?

Normally, the time of delivery is around 15-30 days. It depend on your order quantity. If you order a big quantity, it will take more time to finish.

3.What is your payment term?

Our company accepts normally T/T, and L/C payments. Call or email us if you need to use any new payment procedures.

4.Can I visit your facilities?

Yes, you are welcome to visit our company, and please make an appointment with us in advance;
